PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
BRUNEL PARK TOTNES
Welcome to the website for Brunel Park, an exciting new project to deliver a mixed-use regeneration of the long-derelict former Dairy Crest site in Totnes.
The Brunel Park Partnership, which owns the site, has submitted a planning application for a range of uses. This includes plans to restore the Grade II Listed Brunel Building with its adjacent landmark chimney, and create a hub for music, art and spaces for local community groups to use.
The site, which sits alongside Totnes railway station, will also feature a mix of housing, business and retail units, holiday lodges, green open spaces and a new walkway to connect the riverside, as well as essential flood attenuation as part of the town’s flood defence scheme.
